Hi, I'm Louise, the founder of Chilli's Dog Zone. Our business is proudly named after our much loved family Golden Retriever Chilli, who inspires everything we do - (She's been the best treat taster you could wish for) As an accredited dog trainer and mother of two young children, I've worked with dogs and their families for years and saw a real need for a safe, welcoming indoor space where dogs and their families could play, exercise, train, and most importantly, spend quality time together whatever the weather. We love going on dog walks and using the dog walking fields however there has been times when its pouring down with rain and kids are on half term that all I wanted was an indoor place to exercise Chilli without having to bath the mud off her after, where both kids could happily sit at a table drawing/taking photos etc. Chilli's dog zone is that dedicated space. Our boutique has been carefully chosen to reflect my own values and training ethics. Every product is selected with a focus on being force-free, natural, and as eco-friendly as possible, while also being bright, colourful, and fun for family pets. I believe dogs deserve products that are not only safe and enriching but also bring joy to everyday life. I have also tried to select products you wont be able to find in big named pet stores so the items are unique and supports other small businesses. Whether you're visiting our indoor play space, joining a training session, or browsing our boutique, my goal is to create a place where dogs and their people feel welcome, supported, and excited to come back time and time again.
